Our school and other CDL schools believe we were unfairly shut down by the Colorado Department of Education.
We believe there are conflicts of interest involving Howard Ogg and others associated with the Board that have created an unfair system. If this continues, it could lead to a monopoly over CDL training, resulting in higher prices for customers and reduced competition. A competitive market encourages better services, higher quality, and more affordable prices.
We expect they may pursue legal action against us, but we are prepared to defend ourselves because we believe we have the evidence to support our position.
